William G. Lavery

Admitted in both Indiana (1985) and Michigan (1982), Bill's legal background is substantial in various areas, including civil litigation, commercial loan workout, estate planning, real estate and contract law.

Bill is a member of the Elkhart City, Indiana and Michigan Bar Associations, and is admitted to practice in federal court in both Indiana and Michigan.

In the community, Bill has been a businessman. For nearly 20 years, he and his retired partner owned Harrison Landing, a downtown Elkhart restaurant. He has been active in service to local government on the City of Elkhart’s Redevelopment Commission, Board of Zoning Appeals, and the Elkhart Urban Enterprise Association. He is a former president of Downtown Elkhart Inc., and is a past president of the Elkhart Lions Club.
